Delete your Kivawell account and data

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Kivawell account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Under Account & Security, choose Delete Account. You can also open Privacy & Data and choose Delete Account.
4. Read the deletion notice, select the confirmation checkbox and tap Delete account permanently.
5. Confirm the final prompt. For security, Kivawell may ask you to sign in again before completing deletion.

Once confirmed, the account and associated Kivawell data are scheduled for deletion. Data stored locally by Kivawell on that device is also cleared.

Request deletion without app access

If you cannot sign in or access the in-app deletion control, email us from the address associated with your Kivawell account:

Use the subject “Kivawell Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with the account. We may request limited information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password, payment card details or health records. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data deleted with your account

Account deletion removes or permanently disassociates the personal data held in your Kivawell account, including:

• Account and authentication profile information
• Profile details, preferences and app settings
• Nutrition, hydration and meal records
• Fitness, exercise, steps and activity records stored by Kivawell
• Cycle, sleep, mood, stress and wellness entries
• AI coach conversations, generated plans and analysis history
• Goals, habits, progress, achievements and notification settings
• Kivawell credit history and other user-generated account content

Limited data that may be retained

We may retain the minimum records required to meet legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations. These may include store transaction identifiers, subscription or purchase verification records, deletion records and records required to resolve disputes or prevent duplicate credit grants.

These limited records are not used to continue providing a deleted profile or for personalized advertising. They are retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by applicable law, and are then deleted or anonymized. App Store and Google Play may separately retain purchase and subscription records under their own policies.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You may request deletion of specific personal data while keeping your account by emailing support@getkivawell.com with the subject “Kivawell Data Deletion Request”. Describe the data you want removed and include the email address associated with your account.
